This oil is suitable for raw consumption as well as for cooking, baking, roasting and deep-frying. 

Our high-quality Piqualxtra tastes reserved but has a clear olive bouquet, is slightly fruity, with a fine bitter note and a bit of spiciness. Everything that characterizes a true olive oil from the Picual olive.

Spoiled by the sun, it is grown in the province of Jaén (Andalusia), Spain, and is lovingly harvested, processed and bottled directly there. The region has lived from olives and their products for generations; experienced specialists are at work here who live sustainably with and from olives (olive oil).

Acidity: constant between 0.10 and 0.20 grams / 100 grams.
What is unusual is the pouring spout integrated into the screw cap , which enables fine dosing of the oil.
